Facilities that matter for team weeks

Recovery-first rhythm, simple self-catering options, laundry flow, reliable WiFi, and calm spaces for briefings and reset time.

What matters in real life (and what you get here)

  • Private bathrooms in the Guest House (ideal for staff/families or a small team unit)

  • Service House access (shared showers & toilets)

  • Kitchen & kitchenettes for simple self-catering (availability depends on your unit/setup. We’ll confirm the exact kitchen/kitchenette access in writing before you book.)

  • Laundry corner with washing machine & dryer (available throughout your stay). For larger groups, we’ll suggest a simple laundry schedule so everyone gets a fair rhythm.

  • Club House access for team flow (espresso corner, lounge feel, practical indoor & waterside spaces)

  • Reliable WiFi (work/analysis friendly)

  • Large parking on-site (easy arrivals and gear handling)

Team weeks run on small things: sleep, routines, dry gear, laundry rhythm, and a place where the day doesn’t feel chaotic.

Note: Docksta Havet Base Camp is a human-scale base, not a resort. The value is in the rhythm: simple, clean, quiet, functional.

Bathrooms & showers

Private bathrooms (Guest House)

The Guest House includes private bathrooms — ideal for staff/families or a small team unit that benefits from extra privacy and smooth morning routines.

Service House access (shared)

All stays have access to our Service House (shared showers & toilets). It’s designed for practical everyday use during the season.

Laundry & gear rhythm

Laundry corner

A practical laundry setup with washing machine + dryer is available throughout your stay — helpful for multi-day training blocks and wet-weather weeks.

Dry gear mindset

We aim for a setup where wet shoes, jackets, and training kit can be handled without stress. If you have a larger group, tell us your expected laundry volume and we’ll suggest the smoothest rhythm.

Food & self-catering (simple and flexible)

Kitchen / kitchenette options

Self-catering is possible, but the exact setup depends on your unit mix and what you book.

  • Some units support simple meal routines more easily than others

  • For team weeks, we can suggest the best setup based on headcount and your preferred rhythm (quiet / shared / staff-first)

  • We’ll confirm the exact self-catering setup in your booking plan.

If your team has a strict routine (early breakfasts, packed lunches, etc.), mention it in your request.

Club House access (team flow)

Teams often use our Club House and outdoor spaces as a practical “container” for the week:

  • Map talks and planning

  • Short debriefs after sessions

  • Mobility, warm-up, and reset time

  • Calm indoor space when weather turns

It’s not a corporate conference room. It’s a functional base camp space — with the right atmosphere for focused work.

Parking & arrivals
