We accept multiple payment options for your convenience.

3 Payment Options: Credit/Debit Card (iZettle), Swish (Sweden), Cash (SEK or Euro)

No deposit required. Payment due at pickup.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Flexible and fair. We understand plans change.

• Free Cancellation: Cancel up to 24 hours before pickup for a full refund or reschedule.

• No-Show: We'll hold your gear for 1 hour after scheduled pickup time, then release it for other guests.

• Weather Cancellation: Full flexibility. If weather conditions are unsafe, we'll reschedule or refund—no questions asked.

• Contact Us: Message us on WhatsApp or email (dockstahavet@gmail.com) to cancel or reschedule.

BOOKING QUESTIONS

Quick answers to common booking questions.

Q1: Do I need to pay a deposit?
A: No. We operate on trust. Payment is due at pickup via Swish, card, or cash.

Q2: Can I extend my rental?
A: Yes! Message us on WhatsApp or let us know when you return the gear. We'll extend your rental if bikes are available. You'll pay the additional day(s) at the daily rate.

Q3: What if I need to cancel?
A: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. Just message us on WhatsApp or email. We'll confirm your cancellation immediately.

Q4: Can I book for a group?
A: Absolutely. For groups of 5+ people, please message us in advance to guarantee availability. We have 4-6 bikes available.

Q5: What if I arrive late for pickup?
A: No problem. Message us on WhatsApp with your updated arrival time. We're flexible and will adjust.

Q6: Can I pick up gear the night before?
A: Yes, if arranged in advance. Message us on WhatsApp to coordinate evening pickup. This works especially well for early morning adventures.

Q7: What information do you need when I book?
A: Just tell us:

• What you want to rent (bike, daypack, hammock, kit)

• How many people

• Pickup date and approximate time

• Your name and contact (WhatsApp or email)

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU BOOK

STEP 1

We Confirm Availability

Within minutes to 1 hour, we'll confirm your booking via WhatsApp or email. You'll receive pickup details and directions.

STEP 2

You Come to the Base Camp

Arrive at Hamnen 10, Docksta. Park your car (free with rental). Walk to the Sailor's Club House. We'll be waiting.
 

STEP 3

We Set You Up & You Go

We adjust your bike, fit your helmet, show you the route, and answer questions. Takes 10 minutes. Then you're off to explore the High Coast.
